Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again
- Your data remains accessible on the Free plan
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
How to request a refund
Email billing@artifact.so or use the contact form with category "Billing." Include your account email and the reason for the refund.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, you may cancel and your plan remains active until the end of the annual period.
